According to the indictment , in August 2022, Shakirov intentionally posted a comment containing signs of verbal aggression in a duly recognized extremist Telegram group (chat) in order to obstruct the lawful activities of an employee of the internal affairs bodies and out of revenge for the performance of official duties by the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, N. N. Karpenkov.
On June 9, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
It is known that on December 10, 2022, Dmitry, while intoxicated, tore the national flag from the building of the Tsevli railway station and broke the pole. This was recorded by CCTV cameras.
The man was detained. Dmitry admitted his guilt.
The hearing of the appeal is scheduled for April 21, 2023 in the Brest Regional Court.
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
