A resident of Polotsk, the mother of an anarchist activist Roman Khalilov. On November 26, 2021, the security forces broke down the door of Gayane's apartment and conducted a search. The woman herself was detained and taken to the Polotsk GOVD, where a protocol was drawn up under art. 24.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to police officers).
