As far as is known, the man was once a soldier in the 38th Separate Guards Air Assault Brigade. Subsequently, Dmitry worked as a military commissar at the Brest military commandant's office, and also taught at the military faculty of BSU. There is even a textbook that he co-authored for BSU in 2020.

The date of Pozdnyakov’s arrest is unknown. Dmitry was convicted on November 20, 2023 in the Brest Regional Court. He was charged with Part 2 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code - “Treason to the state committed by an official.” It carries a penalty of 10 to 20 years in prison. It is unknown what punishment the paratrooper received.

On January 16, 2024, an appeal took place in the Pozdnyakov case. The verdict came into force.

According to his page on the social network Vkontakte, Zykun graduated from BSMU (Minsk Medical University) in 2016. Lives and works in Brest as a urologist at a regional hospital. In the winter of 2023, he was detained for donations. The “authorities” obliged to pay financial assistance to the orphanage in multiple amounts. After this, the doctor was under the close attention of security forces. The administration put pressure on him in every possible way through the deputy chief physician for ideology.

According to the prosecution , Oleg Zykun deliberately and illegally distributed personal data of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The personal data itself was presumably taken from the Telegram channel “Nexta” (because similar information was posted there). And then he “distributed” them on the local network at work, which was discovered in the summer of 2023. By the summer of 2023, Zykun himself had no idea that in his folder on the local work network there was a file with the names and telephone numbers of Ministry of Internal Affairs employees. But this list was found as part of an administrative case in July 2023 during an inspection of the man’s equipment.

At the trial, Zykun admitted his actions. But he did not admit the intent to disseminate data from employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (which the state prosecution insists on).

It follows from the verdict that in 2021, on September 18 at 15:07, the man wrote a comment in the telegram chat “Chat Elehtarata”. There he “negatively assessed” A. Lukashenko. There was also an investigation against Kronda under another popular political article - Article 370 of the Criminal Code (Desecration of state symbols) - but that case was dropped due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

According to the prosecution materials , in December 2020, Krasko “published comments in the public domain on the Internet aimed at supporting extremist activities, propaganda and agitation of social discord and hostility towards employees of state law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the judiciary, military personnel serving in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, published publicly available comments on the Internet aimed at supporting extremist activities, promoting and agitating social discord and hostility towards this category of persons."

The essence of the case and the verdict were commented on by the assistant prosecutor of Brest on state television. From the video and the prosecutor’s commentary, it follows that Sankovskaya was charged with the following: in 2020 and 2021, in one telegram chat she published an image of the state flag of Belarus, and in the background there was a Nazi swastika (this was a “desecration of state symbols”), and also again in Telegram messenger published an “insulting” message about Yuri Karaev (remember that from June 2019 to the end of October 2020 Karaev was the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which he took the post of Assistant to the President for the Grodno region), and also in the Telegram messenger published several messages about A. Lukashenko, which were also considered “offensive.”

Solomiyuk was tried under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for publicly insulting A. Lukashenko. Before the trial, the man was also charged with Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting government officials), but due to the expired statute of limitations, this article was removed. As a result, the man was tried for several online comments that negatively assessed Lukashenko.

In the video, Alexander says that he works as a karate trainer and was charged with making a video of military equipment and posting it on an “extremist” telegram channel. The detainee also said that in 2020 he hung ribbons on poles and signs and posted leaflets along the road.

According to the prosecution , on May 17, 2022, Leonid Raichonok transferred $400 for body armor to Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine. He made a second donation in the amount of $150 to the benefit of the “Prague Support Team” (an association of Belarusians in Prague who collect donations and use them to buy uniforms, sometimes for weapons accessories, for Belarusian volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine). The Brest resident’s actions were qualified as “financing citizens of the Republic of Belarus to participate on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation of one of the warring parties, in armed conflicts, military operations.”

On December 12, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

Alexander lived alone in Polesie for a long time, so his detention became known by chance. Concerned people became worried that he had not been in touch for a long time. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs , the man made videos with incriminating evidence, showed them to local entrepreneurs and demanded money for “silence.” He also allegedly “promoted the activities of an extremist telegram channel whose administrators are located abroad.”

35-year-old Mikhail was accused of writing a public insult about Valyantsin Pashkevich on August 9, 2021 at 11:19 p.m. in the Real Belarus Chat telegram, namely, using the word “moron”.

Detained for comments on social networks. Alexander is accused of “extremist calls inciting social hatred” and “insulting government officials.” The pro-government Telegram channel showed screenshots of messages that implicate Polivko. For example: “Collaborators and slaves, it’s disgusting to watch! So that they all get angry and impale this mustachioed fascist.”

Thus, according to the prosecution, on June 14, 2021, under the publication of the telegram channel “Belarus of the Brain,” Alexander wrote a message where he said that he once worked at Lukashenko’s residence, and one of his colleagues talked about his conversation with Lukashenko’s security guard. And according to the guard, Lukashenko personally, due to faults on the part of the guard, could put them in a row and “punch through the plywood” (strike with all his might in the chest or stomach so that the person bends over from such a blow). Apparently, this comment was written under a post with the title “BYPOL: Roman Protasevich was personally beaten by the dictator” (all comments under the post have been deleted at the moment). At the trial, Polivko was asked to name what kind of colleague told such a story - but the man could not remember either his name or other personal details, because. he worked at the residence for a very long time, around 2008-2009. But finding an ex-colleague based on documents would be unrealistic, because... they worked without official employment. He was also convicted for 4 more comments under various articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

The man left behind two minor children (they are 14 years old and 4 years old).

The man worked as an ambulance doctor in Baranavichy and was placed in custody pending trial. At first, he was accused of "rehabilitating Nazism" because of a repost that compared leaflets from the time of Nazi Germany and leaflets from modern Russia in pairs. But in the middle of the trial, the charge was reclassified as "inciting hatred" towards Russians and Russians.

On September 22, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

Andrey is registered in the urban settlement. Ushachi (Vitebsk region), but in recent years he lived and worked in Russia. On September 23, 2022, he was detained in Moscow and placed in custody due to the fact that the Belarusian security forces had put Andrei Nikolaevich on the international wanted list.

As was announced at the trial in Brest, the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office refused to extradite Protasevich to Belarus due to the absence of a crime under Russian laws in his actions.

However, he was expelled from Russia under the procedure of “violation of migration legislation” and transferred to Belarus. In Belarus, Andrei Nikolaevich has been in custody since November 7, 2022. Sentencedto three months of arrest for commenting on social networks.

It is known that Andrei had another trial, under Art. 368 part 1 (insulting Lukashenko). The result is unknown.

April 2, 2024 Andrey had a hearing of his appeal. It is known that Andrei began serving his sentence.

Sentenced for 1 comment on social networks to 1.5 years of probation. In September 2023, Natalya was again detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center on charges of “financing extremist activities.”
