51-year-old Sergei Zabelich from Minsk, graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics. Judging by Linkedin, he worked as a programmer for at least twenty years. In September 2022, he moved from Nikta Technologies to Intrahealth, an HTP resident operating in the Canadian market.
It is known that Sergei was detained on December 13, 2020, when people went out together for street marches. On this day, another 300 Belarusians were detained.
He is accused of two counts of “financing extremist activities, committed repeatedly” and “financing the activities of an extremist formation.” He faces up to eight years in prison.

Yevgeny is 40 years old, he graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs more than 15 years ago and managed to work as a district police officer, but resigned of his own free will. He was detained under Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. He served a sentence several times for his civil position. He was recognized as a prisoner of conscience. All defendants were detained in December-January 2020. The authorities immediately declared Autukhovich the organizer and leader of a “terrorist group” that operated in the Grodno region and allegedly set fire to cars and houses of police officers. Depending on their role, they were charged with a total of 15 articles of the Criminal Code, and the case materials amounted to 65 volumes. The prosecution also alleged that Autukhovich was preparing terrorist attacks and collecting information about security forces at the direction of the Ukrainian special services.
25 years' imprisonment in a high-security penal colony (he will serve the first 5 years in prison and the rest in a penal colony), a fine of 1,000 basic units (~11815 EUR), and deprivation of the rank of retired Chief Warrant Officer.
