The man is 50 years old. He's been in business for a long time. He was the founder or director of several organizations involved in the import of computers and their components. Recently he was Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs of the Avard Service company and Director of the SunRan company.
It is not known exactly when he was detained , but more than six months ago. The KGB included Rushkevich on the list of participants in the “extremist formation Trielite,” as well as businessman Vladimir Balabanovich, who is on trial for calls for sanctions.
The chat was probably opened because of one of the detainees.
The detention of the Lidchan resident became known on September 22. In a police video, he said that he was “registered in the Peramoga Plan” and left “threats” to security forces in a telegram. According to the authors of the pro-government film, Daniil Garasim, born in 2005 in December 2023, on the instructions of the “Ukrainian curator”, contact with whom was established in an extremist Telegram chat, filmed the location of the missile brigade of the Armed Forces of Belarus in the city of Osipovichi, Mogilev region. But it is noteworthy that the security forces made operational filming from the very first task; the question arises as to who the task came from.
Artyom has Ukrainian citizenship, but he has lived in Belarus since 2009. In recent years he worked as a DJ in Brest, Kobrin, Minsk.
Artyom’s mother said that in January 2023, her son was called to the migration service and “offered to take a polygraph there.” At the end of the same month, people in civilian uniforms knocked on his home, and on January 27 he “disappeared and stopped responding to messages.” “I went to Brest several times, went to the KGB to find out why my son was taken away, what he was guilty of. They simply don’t answer me, they avoid answering. They even said: “Where did you get that we took it?” The only thing they said was: “He poses a threat to the Republic of Belarus.” No more explanations,” said Artem’s mother.

2 years imprisonment in a general regime colony
Denis Nikita was detained on the evening of January 25, 2024 for petty hooliganism. He was taken to the police department on duty. The man was tried publicly in the building of the Svisloch regional executive committee. The district newspaper reported on the trial: it said that “representatives of the public” and the media were present at the meeting. Denis Nikita admitted guilt.
It is reported that this is the 11th conviction of the accused. He was convicted of theft, torture, threats to kill, as well as for violating the requirements of preventive supervision, and was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility. In addition, the man was deprived of parental rights in relation to two children.

Yuri is a boiler room operator. He was found guilty of attempting to knock down a national flag from a store in February 2024. The man allegedly "made at least two blows to the shaft." When he failed to knock down the flag, he brought a wooden ladder from the house, climbed up it, grabbed the flag pole with his hands and pulled it down: because of this, the pole broke. According to the indictment, Tomashev then “carelessly crumpled the flag, wrapping it around a tree” and took it to his barn, where he kept it in a bag until the police took it out.
Tomashev admitted guilt. He said that he saw the flag and decided to take it for himself. He was found guilty and sentenced to three months in prison.
