The man was accused of leaving an offensive comment under a post with a photo of Gantsevichi traffic police officer IgorVolnich in June 2020, who was pressing his knee to the head of a protester lying on the ground.
A criminal case against Alexei was opened for a comment in a telegram. Under the post in the telegram channel "Punishers of Belarus" on November 22, 2021, a comment "creature" was left to the district inspector for minors from Borisov NatalyaYarmolinskaya .
A 59-year-old pensioner was convicted for insulting IgorVolnich , an employee of the Gantsevichi District Department of Internal Affairs. The reason for the criminal case was the word “goat” in the comment under Volnich’s photo in Odnoklassniki, allegedly written by Alla Vityaz. In the picture, Volnich uses a chokehold, pressing his knee on the neck of a protester lying on the ground, who is held on both sides by Volnich's colleagues.
Citizen of the Russian Federation. It is known that Maria left a comment in one of the "extremist" Telegram channels on May 26, 2021. It was associated with an emergency landing of a Ryanair aircraft carrying RomanProtasevich. Maria wrote her comment, calling Alexander Lukashenko a "schizo" .
Stanislav was found guilty of participating in “mass riots” on the streets of Brest on August 10-11, 2020, because he did not agree with the election results.
It was Stanislav Nesteruk who was accused of deliberately breaking paving slabs, making “means of crime.” Also, according to the indictment, he caused physical harm “in the form of two wounds in the area of the first finger of the right hand” to Igor Kalyagin, and inflicted “beatings” on other victims.
Released in the summer of 2024 , having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
Nikita was found guilty of grossly disturbing public order in Minsk in August 2020: on the night of August 9-10 and August 30. He allegedly blocked the path of transport - including by "hitching elbows" - and thereby stopped it.
It is unknown whether Nikita served a sentence of restricted freedom with a referral, but if he did, he was supposed to be released in the spring of 2025.
He was convicted under the article on insulting the president (Article 368 of the Criminal Code).
According to human rights activists, he will be released in the fall of 2023, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
In April 2025, he was added to the list of extremists, as convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, which means that Sergei was tried for the second time in 2025, but this time for participating in the 2020 protests. The sentence is unknown.
