According to the authors of the pro-government film, Daniil Garasim, born in 2005 in December 2023, on the instructions of the “Ukrainian curator”, contact with whom was established in an extremist Telegram chat, filmed the location of the missile brigade of the Armed Forces of Belarus in the city of Osipovichi, Mogilev region. Egor Volkov is 55 years old. He is a Minsk resident, studied at school No. 50. Then he graduated from the Minsk Radiotechnical Institute (now the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics).

Since the 1990s, Volkov has been involved in business. It is known that his area is cargo transportation, including liquid cargo. The man's business is quite large, his company's fleet of vehicles is up to a hundred trucks.

According to pro-government media, Yegor was tried for donations to the Kalinovsky Regiment from 2022 to 2023 in cryptocurrency in the amount of 11,100 USD, as well as for photos from the protests.

Vladimir conducted trainings and educational courses on financial management for companies. His last known job was as a financial controller for the Belkanton Group, a large office supply distribution company that, among other things, owns the Afiston chain of stores and Office Life magazine. Judging by Linkedin, Vladimir quit his job no later than July 2023. Presumably , he was detained upon returning to Belarus after a vacation. The activities of the individual entrepreneur were suspended on November 5, 2023.

Alexander worked as an engineer at one of the city's enterprises. He was convicted behind closed doors in the Gomel Regional Court.

On April 18, 2024, the government telegram channel published a video about the detention of a Brest resident for participating in the 2020 protest. On camera, Dmitry says that at the protest people “used paving stones, broke benches, built barricades.” The authors of the channel do not specify under what article Postnikov is accused.
