Convicted for reposting a picture showing a tombstone with a portrait of Lukashenko. For such "willfulness", Alexandra was found guilty of "insulting Lukashenko". The sentence was handed down by Judge Alesya Parfenenko. Alexandra will serve her sentence in a general regime.
During the trial, the defendant said that she found the text under the aforementioned picture funny, so she gave it a "like" and reposted it.
The sentence has come into force.
She was released in December 2023, having fully served her sentence as determined by the court.
According to the indictment, on August 14, 2020, Maxim Poluyanchik took an active part in an unauthorized mass event on Brestskaya Street in Fanipol. At the same time, "together with others, he went out onto the roadway, interfered with the operation of public transport, clapped his hands and disobeyed the lawful demands of police officers." He was wearing a white shirt and a red sweatshirt.

His detention became known from a video that was released in the channel of the security forces "the reverse side" (which once revealed its administrators). The man in the video is wrapped in the national flag. It also states that a criminal case has allegedly been opened against him.
