Stanislav was detained upon returning to Belarus from Poland, where he had moved more than a year earlier. He came home in late 2023 to spend the holidays with his family, but was arrested in connection with a criminal case opened after protests on August 10, 2020, in Brest against the falsification of the presidential election. Stanislav was convicted of participating in “mass riots.”
In a pro-government confessional video published, he says that he "participated in protests and went out onto the roadway." The recording shows that Stanislav's face is scratched, although no such damage was visible when he was detained.

The woman was accused of participating in the “March of Heroes” on September 13, 2020 in Minsk and entering the roadway. The Minsk resident was identified from a photograph from the protest rally and using mobile operator data about the telephone connections of her subscriber number.
In addition, the court ruling reports “active assistance in exposing other participants in the crime” on the part of Yulia. Allegedly, Yulia provided personal information about other March participants who were with her in the photograph. Her lawyer asked to take this fact into account and reduce the punishment. But the court refused, since “the accused indicated only the circumstances of the crime she committed.”
Before the trial, Yulia was held on bail of 18,500 rubles. Yulia was pregnant at the time of the trial.

Oleg moved to Lithuania to work in 2020. Received a residence permit (residence permit). Once every three months I went to Mikashevichi.
