The young man was summoned to the police station, and he never left . Before the arrest, Vlad was searched, and all his equipment and telephones were confiscated. On March 16, 2021, he posted four Stories on his Instagram page, where, succumbing to emotions, he wrote messages containing expressions like “smash the riot police for their sisters”, “drown in blood”. He was prompted to such comments by the detention and beating of a former MTZ employee. But soon everything was removed. However, they still opened a criminal case for inciting social hatred.

According to human rights activists, he will be released at the end of 2023.
