Arrested on September 13, 2020 for the events in Minsk in August. According to the case file , Falkin, Litvinenko, Matyukh and Borisov, having entered into an agreement, planned participation in protests, determined the route, coordinated actions in case of detention. The defendants were in a telegram chat called "Hour X", where the discussion took place. In this chat, according to the investigation, an attack on police officers was being prepared.
