During the interrogation, operatives from the Department of Internal Affairs of the Moskovsky district kept the children in the corridor for four hours. After everyone was transferred to the Investigative Committee, where they were also interrogated for four hours. Then the family was released, and Vladimir was detained, and then sentenced to 1.5 years in a colony on the "case of round dances." On February 1, a second trial took place and Vladimir was found guilty of insulting a traffic police officer, Yuri Demyanovich. By partial addition of punishment, since at the time of the trial Goncharov was already serving a term in the colony in the "dance case", the man was sentenced to 2 years in prison in a general regime colony.
