First, he was sentenced to 2 years of "chemistry" Vladimir decided to appeal the decision to the Brestoblsude, so the sentence was not considered to have entered into force. And by the time the appeal was considered in the regional court, the statute of limitations had expired. So on January 10, 2023, the court of second instance was forced to release Soldatov from criminal liability.
The case was closed due to the statute of limitations.
