Valery Romanovsky was called "the former head of the air reconnaissance service" in the film. The story of Belarus 1 says that during the service, a relative from Lithuania "brought" the suspect to agents of the state security department of the country. For them, Romanovsky photographed official documents, and once handed over to the special services data on the construction of the BelNPP, the film says.
