That day he was wearing a black T-shirt with the emblem of the “Pahonia” coat of arms, which was subsequently discovered during a personal search of him. He left the white-red-white flag, which one of the protesters gave him during the protest march, to be kept at his place of residence.
2.5 years of restriction of freedom without direction
