On that day, intending to publicly insult the first deputy chairman of the district executive committee, he sent a letter to the district executive committee in which he insulted the official. It was aimed at creating a negative image of a representative of power. The letter began with the word "Lyutynsky" and ended with the words "everything is possible", as well as another letter.
He also violated the terms of the permit to carry weapons and illegally stored explosives: smoke powder, which is suitable for the formation of an explosion.
