According to the charges , on April 2, 2021, intending to publicly insult the deputy prosecutor, he sent an email to the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office. It began with the word "Korenko" and ended with "Bessmertny" and had a negative form of evaluation of the official, represented the "abusive segment". On the same day, intending to publicly insult the first deputy chairman of the district executive committee, he sent a letter to the district executive committee in which he insulted the official. It was aimed at forming a negative image of the government official. The letter began with the word "Lyutinsky" and ended with the words "everything is possible", as well as another letter.
He also violated the terms of his permit to carry a weapon and illegally stored explosives: smoke powder, which is suitable for causing an explosion.
On September 1, 2021, he was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony : 2.5 years of restriction of the penal colony without referral to a correctional facility - "house chemistry" - under Article 369 and three years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony - under Part 2 of Article 295.
He is expectedto be released at the end of August 2024.
