The man was accused of painting white-red-white flags in different places of Minsk from February 2021 to September 2022. The court found that as a result of Peter's actions, three businesses were damaged: RUE «Minskenergo», RUE «Minskavtodor-Center», CCU «Minskobldorstroy» for a total amount of over 700 BYN.
Peter fully admitted his guilt and repented. During the preliminary investigation, he compensated for the damage caused.
