Mikhail Stolyarchuk was convicted under Art. 358-1 of the Criminal Code (undercover activities). He is a citizen of Ukraine. Together with him, Dmitry Gudik was involved in the case. According to the prosecution, they have been collecting data on military equipment and facilities in Belarus on the instructions of the Security Service of Ukraine since 2018. Igor Dirko was also detained with them, but instead of being prosecuted, he was expelled from Belarus.
