He was detained after accidentally hitting a low-hanging state flag with his head at the entrance to the Kobrin store. Emotionally, the 23 year old guy tore off the canvas and threw it to the ground.
It is known that the prosecutor requested 1 year and 6 months of the colony for the torn state flag. The guy had an unserved sentence for a previous criminal record (1,5 years of freedom restriction without referral to a correctional facility), and in total the state prosecution requested 2 years of imprisonment.
