The victim was the head of the press service of the Grodno police, Yevgeny Dudko , who demanded 3 thousand rubles in moral compensation for the information posted about him on the channel. Ivan was also given two years of “homemade” chemotherapy.
Ivan Kasperovich filed an appeal against the verdict. Evgeny Dudko also filed an appeal together with the prosecutor - they say that if the activist stays at home, he will again administer telegram channels. As a result, on March 25, a new trial was held, at which two years of “homemade” chemotherapy were replaced by two years of real chemotherapy, with a referral to an open institution. Compensation for moral damage was reduced to 1.5 thousand rubles.
