On March 27, brothers Sergey and Ivan Bryusov were returning home along Independence Avenue. Military equipment was passing by, which they decided to photograph. In the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs, two protocols were drawn up against them at once: under Art. 24.23 and 24.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses are “rally” and “disobedience”. At the trial, the brothers asked not to punish them for days, as their mother had recently suffered a stroke and she needed help. Judge Maksim Trusevich's verdict - 30 days each.
After administrative arrest, Ivan was transferred to a pre-trial detention center. What he is accused of is unknown.
