An individual entrepreneur was detained and convicted on three criminal counts for participating in an event that occurred during the dispersal of people on October 11, 2020 near the Pushkinskaya metro station.
On April 8, 2022, Ivan was again convicted of participating in a protest, but this did not affect the final sentence. However, in November of the same year, he was given another year of imprisonment, convicted of “disobedience to the requirements of the administration of the correctional institution.”
In September 2023, he was sentenced to an additional 3 years in prison for “violence against an official.”
On March 12, 2024, he was transferred to prison for 3 years.
