Detained in the “Autukhovich case” in December 2020. Irina is accused of participating in a “terrorist group” that set fire to cars and houses of police officers under Articles 295 and 405 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
On March 31, 2023, the Supreme Court considered the appeal, and the judge decided to cancel Article 405 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for Irina and reduce her prison term by one month.
