According to the indictment, on November 27, 2020, Dmitry Yaskevich intended to publicly insult a representative of the authorities in order to humiliate his honor and dignity in connection with the performance of his official duties, based on political and ideological enmity associated with the electoral campaign in the Republic of Belarus, out of a sense of hostility towards representatives authorities and desire to present Nikita Mikhalochkin in a humiliating position for the general public, left a comment on the telegram channel “Punishers of Belarus” with the following content: “Freaks” . With this, the accused inflicted moral suffering on the injured policeman, undermined his authority and personal qualities. On December 25, 2020, Dmitry Yaskevich committed similar actions against the deputy head of the Zhlobin District Department of Internal Affairs Dmitry Dedyun, leaving a comment: that has already been convicted.
