He was detained on October 21, 2020, after which he was in the hospital for two days. During his arrest, he was severely beaten and taken to the emergency hospital to the department of combined injuries: he had a moderate head injury and about 50 blows to one place in the right thigh.
Dmitry was accused of hitting the video camera of a police officer who, while on duty, was wearing civilian clothes and filming a yard concert. Also - “restricting the freedom of the victim and attempting two strikes and threats.”
