Dmitry was detained after the Atolino telegram chat was recognized as an “extremist formation” by a KGB decision on August 31 and included in the corresponding list of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on September 6.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs indicates the names of the formation participants. These are Pavel Ivanov, Dmitry Tikunov, Evgenia Mostovaya (Grigorik), Pavel Belonitsky, Alexey Semenov, Yuri Antonovich, Alexander Zaitsev and Vladimir Polekh.
The prosecutor asked Dmitry for 3 years of imprisonment, but the court eventually appointed 2.5 years of imprisonment.
