Andrei was accused of using his mobile phone on the Odnoklassniki social network to leave a publication with an image and text that “humiliates the honor and dignity of an individual, offensive information and a negative assessment” of Lukashenko. Andrey’s publications on the page were noticed by a police officer while monitoring social networks.
Andrey has a dependent minor child.
At the end of November 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
