An individual entrepreneur from Minsk, convicted for insulting a riot policeman. He was detained on April 23, 2021, when he was flying to Moscow. That's how he learned about the criminal case against him. At the trial, Izotov said that he had no intention of hiding. But the investigation decided otherwise and took him into custody pending trial. On November 12, 2020, the man was accused of insulting the commander of the OMON, ensign Kovalchuk. In the telegram chat "punishers of Belarus" he wrote a comment under the posted data: "...stupid, nowhere else."
On January 25, 2023, he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
