According to the prosecution, Aleksey Galievskiy and Vyacheslav Krut took part in a mass protest in Minsk at the end of August 2020. The fact of participation in an unauthorized action is confirmed by photographs found on Krut's phone, where the defendants were captured against the background of police officers, as well as video recordings from surveillance cameras.
