According to the materials of the accusation, Alexander Samal, in October 2020, “intentioning to publicly insult a representative of the authorities in connection with the performance of his official duties, being at the place of residence in Molodechno, in the social Satka “Odnoklassniki” after viewing a publication about the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized crime and corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Nikolai Karpenkov, deliberately posted an offensive comment that has a derogatory and indecent form of speech.
