According to the prosecution, in late August and early September 2020 Aliaksandr left a comment in the "Pinsk Svobodny" group on Odnoklassniki containing an insulting assessment of the head of the Pinsk city police department, Dzmitry Karaviakouski.
In June 2021, a court in a closed hearing found that Aliaksandr had committed a socially dangerous act under the article "Insulting a representative of the authorities" and sent him for compulsory treatment in a psychiatric hospital.
