Military analyst Egor Lebedk was awarded 15 days of administrative arrest under Article 24.3 of the Administrative Code. After a day, Yegor did not come out and was detained on a criminal case of promoting extremist activities for comments for Euroradio.

In October 2022, channels supporting the current government of the Republic of Belarus published the news that another criminal case was opened against Egor on the basis of repetition, and noted that each interview by an extremist forms a separate crime.

According to the charge, Ivan gave the administrators of the telegram channel recognized as extremist in the Republic of Belarus information about the personal life of a close relative of a police officer. The collection and dissemination of this information without permission led to harm to the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the victim.

Investigators report that in August 2020, at some point, an SUV with foreign registration plates and tinted windows attracted the attention of police officers. When the policemen went to the car, the accused started reversing and deliberately ran over one of them, after which he fled the scene.

Elena was supposed to be released at the end of August 2025, but she was never released. As Elena's friends told Nasha Niva , she was transported to Minsk, where a new criminal case was opened against her .

According to the case file, in January 2021 Gavrilov purchased and provided aerosol cans with paint to two acquaintances — Tatiana and Oleg Birulya. After that, Tatiana and Oleg, from January to February 2021, applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure facilities in Soligorsk, carrying out their damage.

In August 2021, Gavrilov, through agreements, including for material remuneration, involved another acquaintance, Sergei Pasyuk, in engaging in extremist activities.

Then, from August to December 2021, the defendants distributed leaflets and other printed materials on the territory of Soligorsk. The examination of the contents of the «Honest Newspaper», with copies of which the coach was detained, testified that Gavrilov was allegedly involved in inciting racial, national, religious or other social enmity or discord committed by a group of persons.

Dmitry was a witness in the case of Brest political prisoners, bloggers Sergei Petrukhin and Alexander Kabanov, who were sentenced to three years in a general regime penal colony in April of this year. As the activist told Brest human rights defenders, a criminal case was opened against him for refusing to answer questions from the judge who was considering the case of Petrukhin and Kabanov, since he did not show the judge's service ID.

On December 11, 16 and 17, 2024, new hearings of Dmitry's case took place in the Leninsky District Court of Brest under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. Dmitry was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment.

Alexander is an activist in the anarchist movement. He first studied construction at college, then majored in engineering geodesy at the Belarusian National Technical University. He has been passionate about sports since his youth: he played for a DIY league football team, practiced Muay Thai, and went mountaineering.

Early in the morning of July 29, 2021, Alexander was detained as he left his home. He was beaten and searched during his arrest, then taken to the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption, where he was tortured and beaten.

He was initially accused of actively participating in a protest on August 23, 2020, in Minsk, although by that time he had already served an administrative arrest for this incident.

In January 2022, Alexander and other defendants in the criminal case were charged with additional membership in an extremist group for subscribing to the Telegram channel "Pramen." At the time of their arrest, the channel "Pramen" had not yet been added to the list of extremist groups; this was only added in November 2021.

In April 2022, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony. In April 2025, Alexander's detention regime was tightened, and he was transferred to a prison regime. It was later revealed that the court had sentenced him to an additional six months in a general regime penal colony for "malicious disobedience to the administration's demands."

Alexey was detained on July 1, 2021, in Minsk by officers from the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption (GUBOPiK). The following day, the court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest, but instead of release, he was transferred to a pretrial detention center. He became a defendant in a criminal case for group actions grossly violating public order.

The case was heard under four articles of the Criminal Code: "organizing mass riots," "creating an extremist group," "inciting social hatred," and "insulting a government official." The trial was held behind closed doors, and the details of the charges are unknown.

In April 2022, the court sentenced Alexey to 11 years in prison. After the trial, pro-government channels published a video claiming that Alexey was the administrator of the Telegram chat "Cascade." A video about him had previously been filmed on TUT.BY.

In July 2023, it became known that he was in pre-trial detention, and on August 11, 2023, he was again found guilty in a new case of “creating an extremist group,” adding another 6 months to his sentence.

Sergei, a retired lieutenant colonel who participated in a video message from reserve officers to the Belarusian military, was detained on July 16, 2021, following a search of his home.

According to Lukashenko's decree, he was stripped of his military rank after 28 years of impeccable service in the Armed Forces. Sergei is a father of four children, two of whom are minors.

In December 2021, he was charged with organizing, preparing, or actively participating in actions that grossly violate public order. Sergei was sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility and released in the courtroom.

Igor was first convicted for unfurling a banner reading, "While there is lawlessness in the country, resistance is our duty," blocking traffic. He was given a large fine.

Later, he was convicted again for insulting the authorities through a comment in the chat "Molodechno for Life" and was assigned a preventive measure in the form of "house arrest". Igor has a disability, as he is missing one leg.

At the end of 2024, it became known that Igor had been detained again and placed in custody. In July 2025, he was convicted under the article "Assistance to extremist activity", sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
