According to the case file, in January 2021 Gavrilov purchased and provided aerosol cans with paint to two acquaintances — Tatiana Birulya and Oleg Birulya. After that, Tatiana and Oleg, from January to February 2021, applied inscriptions and drawings to various infrastructure facilities in Soligorsk, carrying out their damage. They also put an inscription on the wall of one of the houses in relation to Lukashenko, in which they accused him of a particularly serious crime, that is, they committed slander.
Then, from August to December 2021, the defendants distributed leaflets and other printed materials on the territory of Soligorsk. The content of these leaflets was allegedly aimed at inciting social hostility and discord on the basis of other social affiliation.
At the end of winter 2024, it became known that a new criminal case had been opened against Oleg and his wife.

She was detained for drawing "Pahonia" stencils. On September 20, the Central District Court of Minsk sentenced three political prisoners: Anatoly Latushka, the cousin of politician Pavel Latushko, Lilia Ananyan, and Elena Malinovskaya. At the trial, Latushko and Malinovskaya pleaded not guilty, while Ananyan fully admitted her guilt. Judge Dmitry Karsyuk sentenced Anatoly to six years in prison, Elena to four years in prison, and Lilia to five years of house arrest, before releasing her in the courtroom.
Elena has a minor son left at home.
Elena was supposed to be released at the end of August 2025, but she was never released. As Elena's friends told Nasha Niva , she was transported to Minsk, where a new criminal case was opened against her .

The examination of the contents of the «Honest Newspaper», with copies of which the coach was detained, testified that Gavrilov was allegedly involved in inciting racial, national, religious or other social enmity or discord committed by a group of persons.

Dmitry was a witness in the case of Brest political prisoners, bloggers Sergei Petrukhin and Alexander Kabanov, who were sentenced to three years in a general regime penal colony in April of this year. As the activist told Brest human rights defenders, a criminal case was opened against him for refusing to answer questions from the judge who was considering the case of Petrukhin and Kabanov, since he did not show the judge's service ID.

On December 11, 16 and 17, 2024, new hearings of Dmitry's case took place in the Leninsky District Court of Brest under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. Dmitry was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment.

Alexander was detained early in the morning of July 29, 2021, as he was leaving his home. He was beaten during the detention, his home was searched, and then he was taken to the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime, where he was tortured and beaten.

Alexey was detained on July 1, 2021, in Minsk by officers from the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption (GUBOPiK). The following day, the court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest, but instead of release, he was transferred to a pretrial detention center. He became a defendant in a criminal case for group actions grossly violating public order.
The case was heard under four articles of the Criminal Code: "organizing mass riots," "creating an extremist group," "inciting social hatred," and "insulting a government official." The trial was held behind closed doors, and the details of the charges are unknown.
In April 2022, the court sentenced Alexey to 11 years in prison. After the trial, pro-government channels published a video claiming that Alexey was the administrator of the Telegram chat "Cascade." A video about him had previously been filmed on TUT.BY.
In July 2023, it became known that he was in pre-trial detention, and on August 11, 2023, he was again found guilty in a new case of “creating an extremist group,” adding another 6 months to his sentence.

Sergei, a retired lieutenant colonel who participated in a video message from reserve officers to the Belarusian military, was detained on July 16, 2021, following a search of his home.
According to Lukashenko's decree, he was stripped of his military rank after 28 years of impeccable service in the Armed Forces. Sergei is a father of four children, two of whom are minors.
In December 2021, he was charged with organizing, preparing, or actively participating in actions that grossly violate public order. Sergei was sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility and released in the courtroom.

Igor was first convicted for unfurling a banner reading, "While there is lawlessness in the country, resistance is our duty," blocking traffic. He was given a large fine.
Later, he was convicted again for insulting the authorities through a comment in the chat "Molodechno for Life" and was assigned a preventive measure in the form of "house arrest". Igor has a disability, as he is missing one leg.
At the end of 2024, it became known that Igor had been detained again and placed in custody. In July 2025, he was convicted under the article "Assistance to extremist activity", sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.

Sergei, the former head of the department of the RUE "Minsk City Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre", was arrested in June 2021 in a case of posting personal data of employees of the Smorgon District Department of Internal Affairs on a Telegram channel. According to the prosecution, from autumn 2020 to February 2021, he transferred personal data of more than ten employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and government officials to the administrators of Telegram channels.
In August 2022, Sergei was found guilty of several criminal charges, including “abuse of power or official authority,” and sentenced to imprisonment with deprivation of the right to hold positions related to the performance of organizational and administrative duties for a period of 5 years.

Vladislav, a blogger, poet and writer, was arrested in April 2021 and convicted a year later of fraud for promising more than 100 people in 2015–2016 to take part in Belarus’s first reality shows, but failing to keep his promise. He was also found guilty of participating in three Marches in 2020 and organizing protests via Instagram. Vladislav himself only admitted to participating in the rallies.
In October 2022, he was convicted again for insulting Lukashenko in a poem included in an appeal against the verdict.

Since 2020, Elena has been subjected to systematic persecution for political reasons: she has been detained and arrested under administrative articles 17 times, and has been fined a total of 173 basic units. Her home has been searched several times.
In May 2021, Elena was convicted of "participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" in a criminal case opened after a protest on September 13, 2020 in Brest, where participants sang songs and danced in circles, and a water cannon was used against them. According to the prosecution, the protest disrupted the operation of transport. She was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to an institution.
In September of the same year, Elena was convicted again for “insulting Lukashenko.” The combined sentences amounted to three years of “house arrest.”
In January 2022, she was arrested for "violating the serving of a sentence" and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. However, she was never released - she was transferred to a pretrial detention center as part of a new criminal case initiated for slandering Lukashenko and discrediting the Republic of Belarus. In June, she was sentenced to imprisonment and a large fine.
In April 2023, Elena was convicted again under the article "malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration." This article is often applied to prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration, for fictitious violations.
It is known that physical and psychological pressure is constantly applied to Elena. She is regularly placed in solitary confinement and PKT, deprived of almost all parcels, calls, visits, and her merchandise allowance was reduced from three basic units to one.
In February 2025, Polina Sharendo-Panasyuk reported that Elena had been placed in the PKT again: “After several weeks in the punishment cell, she was transferred to the PKT. It is 99% likely that Article 411 will be fabricated against her again.”

In May 2022, he was detained again in Russia due to a wanted list, and in October of the same year he was extradited to Belarus, although the extradition case was formally closed on September 26, 2022.
In January 2023, Yuri was convicted again for helping other political prisoners receive aid from foundations. At the trial, he pleaded not guilty and refused to testify.
In May 2024, his sentence was increased and he was transferred to prison until the end of his term.

Alexander was detained after a protest against the results of the presidential elections, which took place on August 11, 2020 in Brest.
