In addition, for more than a year he transferred money from a media resource - "whose materials are recognized as extremist", as well as 33 euros to the accounts of the Kastus Kalinouski Regiment.

The defendant made photocopies of departmental documents that were sent to the pharmacy and sent them to Telegram channels, which Lukashenko's servants call "extremist groups." During the first court hearing, it became known that the documents included information about the verification of military registration cards of those liable for military service, about the disappearance of some Ukrainian-made medicines from the Belarusian market, an appeal from the Belarusian Union of Women in connection with the situation at the border, and a decision by the Ministry of Health. In addition, the man recorded a video from the pharmacy's outdoor surveillance cameras showing the movement of Russian military equipment and also sent it to Telegram channels.

On 28.11.2023, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.

The basis for the criminal case were comments in one of the chats, recognized by security forces as extremist materials in May 2021.

According to Alexander's acquaintances abroad, in May 2023, after the criminal case had already been opened, he left for Poland, where he stayed for about a month. Then his elderly mother called him and said that an investigator had called her and threatened to search for her son. It was promised that if Kulikov returned, he would be given a punishment that did not involve imprisonment.

After some time, Kulikov decided to return to Belarus and was detained. He stopped communicating while crossing the border. Another administrative violation protocol was drawn up against him (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and a criminal case was opened. On July 13, 2023, the Leninsky District Court of Mogilev found the Mogilev resident guilty and sentenced him to three years of imprisonment with referral to a general regime colony.

In December 2023, it became known that Kulikov was going to be tried again. This time, he is accused of three articles: participation in an extremist group (Article 361, note 1, part 3), participation in an armed group or armed conflict on the territory of a foreign state (Article 361, note 3, part 1), and undergoing training or other preparation for participation in extremist activity (Article 361, note 5). On December 22, the press service of the Moscow Regional Court reported that on December 20, Kulikov was sentenced to 4 years in prison. Together with the previous punishment, the total term of imprisonment for the man will be 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime.

On December 12, BT aired a propaganda film about Kulikov, who talks about his attempt to join Kastus Kalinovsky's regiment and about undergoing military training near Kiev.

In March 2024, it became known that the prosecutor appealed the sentence of political prisoner Alexander Kulikov from Mogilev, who was sentenced to four and a half years in prison. According to the court's decision, he was given an additional year and a half to his term .

On 01.07.2024, a trial was held to replace Alexander's regime and he   made the decision to transfer the political prisoner to prison regime .

A resident of the city of Khoiniki, he shared his thoughts on socio-political topics with several subscribers on his channels . Since the beginning of Russian aggression, several videos showing the movement of Russian equipment have been posted on YouTube. Oleg stopped updating his networks in September 2022. On November 3, 2023, an appeal hearing was held. The verdict came into force.

The guy is 22 years old, he is originally from Svisloch, a town in the Grodno region. He served in the army, and then moved to live in Grodno. He was involved in sports, for example, he represented his hometown in junior sports all-around.

The guy is currently detained and placed in a pretrial detention center . He is accused of preparing an act of terrorism.

According to the KGB legend, voiced in a pro-government film on ONT, he was supposed to commit sabotage in Grodno.

In the interrogation footage, he says that he was allegedly given the task of blowing up an oil depot using a drone and explosives.

In the pro-government film "Gaspar Didn't Get in Touch" on the ONT TV channel, aired on 05.04.2023, they say that Alexey allegedly took photos of objects in Grodno - the Grodno and Grodno region military registration and enlistment office, military unit 41780, the Auls region oil depot, the Devyatovka region oil depot, the Russian consulate general. And also that a year ago Kulikov escaped conscription, and Russian oppositionist Daniil Krinari (Kovalevsky) helped him get to Grodno. In December, Krinari was detained in Grodno and extradited to Russia.

Alexey's only close relative is his grandmother.

Andrey and his wife are Ukrainians, both from Chernihiv. The couple moved to Belarus after getting married: the spouse wanted it, her parents lived there.

The family has been living in Vitebsk for 10 years. Andrey worked in the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee as an electrician. He was also detained at work.

In the film «Gaspar did not get in touch», which was released on the ONT TV channel on April 05, 2023, Andrei was accused of agent activity in favor of Ukraine.

As reported in the film, Shmay regularly sent information via the Signal messenger to Ukraine to his younger brother Ruslan, who serves in the Chernihiv operational directorate «North» and is the deputy commander for operational affairs.

According to pro-government telegram channels, four people were detained - they are called a "sleeper cell of extremists" who had "external connections" with Belarusian volunteers fighting in Ukraine. Among them is Dmitry.

All of them are from Gomel and, judging by their posts on social networks, have been friends for a long time, participating together in an international game of Beer Pong in Gomel. After the brutal detention , the friends were forced to record a “repentance video” and say that they created a chat where they corresponded with each other, and after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, they allegedly insulted Lukashenko several times in correspondence, and also wrote “wrong” comments. Another accusation is that the guys “had external connections” with Belarusian volunteers who are fighting for Ukraine. Apparently, this was the basis for initiating a criminal case under the article “promoting extremist activities.”

On May 10, 2024, the appeal was considered and the verdict entered into force.

And I also transferred 21 EUR for Kastus Kalinouski's battalion. And both guys were accused of putting cynical inscriptions and drawings on the walls of buildings. The court estimated the damage at 130 BYN.

In October 2024, she was convicted of “inciting hatred or discord” for comments about Lukashenko, security forces, and participants in the war in Ukraine, and sentenced to imprisonment.

She was detained again under Article 361, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus in August 2023. However, in the spring of 2024, Olga was tried under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

On August 20, 2024, another closed trial was held over Olga. Yevgeny Burunov was appointed to hear her case in the Vitebsk Regional Court. The political prisoner is accused under three articles. It is known that Olga was given another three years in prison.

On December 20, 2024, the Supreme Court heard the appeal. Chairman of the Judicial Collegium Vladimir Davydov. According to the decision of the Collegium, Olga's second sentence was reduced by 1 year. Thus, the total term of the political prisoner is 5 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony. As of early January 2025, Olga was in a pre-trial detention center, but at the end of the month she was transferred to Correctional Colony No. 4.
