Andrei, a designer, was arrested in late January 2022 as part of a criminal case for group actions grossly violating public order. In July of that year, he was convicted of participating in protests that took place in Minsk in 2020. He was sentenced to restricted freedom with a referral.
In December 2024, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of replacing the restricted freedom sentence with a prison term in a penal colony. The outcome of the hearing and Andrei's presence at the hearing are unknown.

Andrey, a lawyer, was first detained on the night of August 9-10, 2020, beaten and placed in the Zhodino temporary detention facility for three days, after which he was convicted under an administrative article.
On October 25, 2020, after another rally, he was detained again by GUBOPiK officers. Andrey spent three days in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina, and then a criminal case was opened against him under the article "Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them."
According to the prosecution, he joined a group of citizens, shouted slogans with obscene language, clapped his hands, moved along the roadway, waved his arms and a white-red-white flag. The court sentenced him to restriction of freedom with direction. Minsktrans filed a lawsuit for 62,096 rubles 66 kopecks. Andrey's accounts were frozen, property was seized.
On December 9, 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Mikhail was convicted in a criminal case initiated over the events of November 1, 2020, when a march to Kurapaty was taking place in Minsk. He was accused of blocking the road near Chelyuskintsev Park during the rally, which resulted in damage to Minsktrans. Despite the fact that Mikhail had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for the same episode, he was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility.
In 2023, at least two court hearings were held regarding Mikhail "on replacing the restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional facility." The results of these hearings are unknown.
Sergei was arrested in May 2021 on charges of "active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" for his participation in protests that took place in Minsk in 2020 against the election results and violence in the country by security forces. In September 2021, he was sentenced to restricted freedom with direction and released from custody in the courtroom before the verdict came into force.
In December 2024, as part of the special proceedings in Sergei's case, an in absentia court hearing was held on the issue of "replacing the restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility with imprisonment."
Yuri was detained on April 9, 2021, by GUBOPiK officers at his workplace, after which his home was searched. He was taken to an unknown building, where, under threats to his life and that of his family, he was beaten and forced to record a video confessing to participating in a protest on September 23, 2020, in the Serebryanka microdistrict of Minsk. Yuri was then taken to the Investigative Committee, where, under the supervision of officers, he wrote a confession.
He was later convicted under the article “participation in group actions that grossly violate public order” and sentenced to restricted freedom.
Before he began serving his sentence, he managed to leave Belarus.
