Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Mikhnevich Lyudmila Edwardovna supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 1,647 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 10 days. On August 25, 2021, she found Andrei Petrovsky guilty under Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to one and a half years of imprisonment to be served in a colony under general regime conditions. The man was accused of showing 11th-graders in a social studies lesson the video “The Constitution has gone into prostitution!” with a logo that is recognized as extremist in Belarus. On February 18, 2021, Ruslan Valyuk and Inessa Markova were found guilty under Part 2 of Article 188 of the Criminal Code for posting leaflets with information about what was happening in Belarus. Mikhnevich sentenced Ruslan Valyuk to two years of restriction of freedom with assignment to an open institution, and Inessa Markova - two years of restriction of freedom without assignment to an open institution.
