According to the prosecution's version, Vitaliy Zhilinsky repeatedly in August-September 2020, as part of a group of people, moved along the carriageways of Nezavisimost Avenue, Pobediteley, Pushkin, Maxim Bogdanovich and Yakub Kolos Streets in Minsk, publicly shouting slogans. As a result of illegal actions, transport links in the capital were blocked, which led to a malfunction of public transport.

In addition, the political prisoner was charged with posting on January 6 and 9, 2022, in one of the Telegram chats, publications available to an unlimited number of persons aimed at inciting social hostility and discord against military personnel who carried out peacekeeping activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Ruslan was found guilty in December 2021 in a criminal case brought for "insulting Lukashenko" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

According to human rights activists, he was released in the winter of 2022, having fully served his sentence.

Pavel was detained in March 2021 by traffic police on a highway near Minsk, where leaflets, newspapers and stickers were found in his car; according to the Investigative Committee, "thousands of copies of protest newspapers, stickers with unregistered symbols and leaflets" were seized. The department immediately after his detention called him the administrator of the Telegram channel "Atolino".

At the time of his arrest, Pavel worked for a private advertising company and was previously a video engineer on television. In 2020, he was part of the campaign staff of presidential candidate Viktor Babariko.

In January 2022, he was convicted on charges of producing and distributing protest printed materials (leaflets, stickers, newspapers), as well as participating in Sunday marches that took place in Minsk in August–September 2020.

According to human rights activists, he was released in October 2024, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Alexander was convicted for a comment left on Telegram addressed to Lukashenko.

Detained on December 7, 2021 for participating in protests on August 10, 2020 near a supermarket in «Riga», was identified on video. Convicted on June 16, 2022.

Alexander was found guilty in December 2021 of insulting a government official for a comment he left on the social media site Odnoklassniki under a post about Andrei Komar, a senior police officer at the Bobruisk Main Directorate of Internal Affairs. He was taken into custody in the courtroom immediately after the verdict was announced.

According to human rights activists, he was released in March 2024, having fully served his sentence.

He was detained on September 18, 2021. He was initially sentenced to 10 days of arrest on an administrative charge, but was then not released and transferred to a pretrial detention center on a criminal charge.

Sergei has been charged with organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order.

He was released in April 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Alexey, a native of Kazakhstan and an employee of Grodno Azot, was arrested in November 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the articles "insulting a government official," "insulting Lukashenko," and "inciting hostility or discord," and was remanded in custody.

In June 2022, he was convicted of online comments and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony, as well as to pay moral damages and a fine.

He was released in June 2024, having fully served his sentence.

Timofey was arrested in August 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "violence or threat of violence against a law enforcement officer." Andrei, a deputy production director, was arrested in May 2021 on charges of participating in a post-election protest that took place on November 1, 2020, in Minsk.

In October 2021, he was convicted of participating in the organization of protests for posting a video of security forces' special equipment moving along Independence Avenue, along with a message listing its name, to the Telegram channels "Nexta" and "Nexta Live." He was also found guilty of "illegal drug trafficking without intent to sell," as approximately two grams of marijuana were found during a search of his person, which he voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement officers.

He was released in September 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Vladimir was found guilty of "insulting a government official" for a comment he left on a Telegram channel about a police officer.

In the spring of 2021, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of increasing the prison sentence, which resulted in Vladimir being transferred from an open-type correctional facility to a penal colony that summer.

He was released in September 2022, having fully served his sentence.

Igor was detained while attempting to leave Belarus as part of a criminal case opened under the article "Desecration of state symbols." He was accused of placing a white-red-white flag on a flagpole at the Mound of Glory in July 2021, above the red-and-green one.

He was released in May 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Yevgeny, a former fan of FC Gomel, was arrested in July 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." Following a search of his apartment, he was additionally charged with "illegal trafficking of potent or toxic substances."

In December of that year, he was found guilty of creating a chat room in which, it was alleged, he "called for participation in mass riots, resistance to law enforcement, the use of violence, and the destruction or damage of property in a manner dangerous to the public." After the first court hearing, the Telegram channel was declared an extremist group, and Yevgeny was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

In April 2022, Evgeny was re-tried in a closed trial under the article "creation of an extremist group or participation in one" and again sentenced to imprisonment.
