According to the indictment, on the Odnoklassniki social network, Alexander Selitsky left an offensive comment under Olga Karach’s post about Bobruisk District Department of Internal Affairs policeman Andrei Komar.
The man was taken into custody in the courtroom immediately after the verdict was announced. He will also have to pay 1,000 rubles in compensation for moral damage to the victim.
According to human rights activists, he was released in March 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.
