Strebkov Dmitry Nikolaevich is an accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. As the head of the correctional institution "Prison No. 8 in Zhodino", Strebkov bears personal responsibility for the cruel and inhuman treatment of prisoners and the torture used against them. Under Strebkov's leadership, Prison No. 8 (SIZO) in Zhodino became one of the most cruel in the country - in terms of detention conditions and in relation to prisoners. This is the only correctional institution in the Republic of Belarus where defendants and convicted persons are held at the same time, including persons sentenced to life imprisonment. At the same time, the detention conditions are equally harsh for everyone. In particular, prisoners are subjected to beatings, do not receive parcels, do not receive letters, are subjected to torture by hunger, lack of walks, confinement in cramped cells together with people without a fixed abode, for additional torture by unsanitary conditions. For his crimes, he was included in the sanctions lists of EU countries. Thus, the actions of Dmitry Nikolaevich Strebkov violate the rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus and pose a threat to their lives. They are also aimed at strengthening the repressive regime in force in the country.

Igor is an activist of the anarchist movement and a former political prisoner in the "anarchist case" in 2010. He was detained while crossing the border of Belarus on the night of October 28-29, 2020 and accused of "arson" and "terrorism".
In August 2022, by a court decision, Igor was transferred to prison regime.
In early July 2024, Igor was transferred to a hospital in Kolyadichi. He was admitted there with a suspected stomach ulcer, which worsened after a hunger strike he conducted from June 13 to 26 in the "SHIZO" of Zhodino Prison No. 8, where he is serving his sentence.

Vladimir, a former security officer and volunteer for presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's team, was arrested on June 4, 2020 and convicted in June 2021 in the "Tikhanovsky case." The criminal case was opened after a picket that took place on May 29, 2020, in Grodno, where Sergei Tikhanovsky and his supporters were detained.
In 2022, Vladimir was transferred to prison regime.
In July 2023, he was convicted again for “malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration.”
Since September 2023, Vladimir has been held incommunicado, placed in a cell-type facility (PKT), and regularly issued new disciplinary violations. He has also been deprived of packages, visits, and phone calls.
In February 2025, the third trial took place under the article "malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration." Under this article, prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration are tried on the basis of alleged violations. As a result, his total prison term was 6 years.

Sergei was detained on November 17, 2020 and convicted for participating in protests that took place in Minsk on August 9-10, 2020. According to investigators, he "threw at least one stone towards the Ministry of Internal Affairs transport", was at the site of barricade construction, blocked traffic and shouted slogans.

Artem worked as an optician at the Lida Optik plant. He received his education at the Grodno Physics and Mathematics Lyceum and the Lida Polytechnic College. He was detained on September 27, 2020, in connection with a case of mass riots and accused of participating in Telegram channels of a "radical orientation" and of intending to damage or destroy three Tabakerka kiosks.
In May 2022, Artem was convicted again for participating in protests that took place in Lida in 2020.

Victoria, the administrator of the channel “Drivers 97%”, was detained on November 4, 2020 in Minsk by GUBOPiK officers and convicted of “calls for mass riots and blocking roads in connection with dissatisfaction with the authorities and election fraud.”
In 2022 and 2023, the court increased her prison term twice, accusing her of "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration of the correctional institution." Victoria was repeatedly subjected to pressure in the colony and was recognized as a "malicious violator."
According to the schedule on the Supreme Court website, Victoria's case will be heard on October 28, 2024, in the Rechitsa District Court. The woman is accused for the third time under Part 1 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code.
On December 18, 2024, the appeal was heard in the Gomel Regional Court.
As of the end of December 2024, she was transferred to Penal Colony No. 24.
Polina Sharendo-Panasyuk reported that Elena Gnauk and Victoria Kulsha were placed in a PKT: "After several weeks in a punishment cell, they were transferred to a PKT. It is 99% that they will again fabricate Article 411 against them."
Polina also added: "Victoria Kulsha's kidneys have probably already failed. She went on hunger strikes for months, she refused water and drink. She cut her veins. Victoria was supposed to be released in April 2025 after her term expired. But in early April, she was transferred to Gomel's SIZO-3 as part of the fourth criminal case under Part 1 of Article 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the legal demands of the colony administration).
