Dmitriy Nikolaevich Strebkov
Strebkov Dmitry Nikolaevich is an accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. As the head of the correctional institution "Prison No. 8 in Zhodino", Strebkov bears personal responsibility for the cruel and inhuman treatment of prisoners and the torture used against them. Under Strebkov's leadership, Prison No. 8 (SIZO) in Zhodino became one of the most cruel in the country - in terms of detention conditions and in relation to prisoners. This is the only correctional institution in the Republic of Belarus where defendants and convicted persons are held at the same time, including persons sentenced to life imprisonment. At the same time, the detention conditions are equally harsh for everyone. In particular, prisoners are subjected to beatings, do not receive parcels, do not receive letters, are subjected to torture by hunger, lack of walks, confinement in cramped cells together with people without a fixed abode, for additional torture by unsanitary conditions. For his crimes, he was included in the sanctions lists of EU countries. Thus, the actions of Dmitry Nikolaevich Strebkov violate the rights of citizens of the Republic of Belarus and pose a threat to their lives. They are also aimed at strengthening the repressive regime in force in the country.

A well-known Belarusian political blogger and public figure, author of the Palchys Telegram channel. He was the organizer of the "BNR-100", "BNR-101" events and concerts. He was detained on September 27, 2020, as part of a criminal case on mass riots.

Maria, a member of the presidium of the Coordination Council and head of Viktor Babariko's headquarters, was kidnapped on September 7, 2020, and taken to the Belarusian-Ukrainian border for deportation. She tore up her passport and refused to leave the country. On September 9, she was detained and taken into custody.
In September 2021, she was convicted under the articles: “conspiracy to seize power by unconstitutional means,” “calls for action against national security,” and “creation of an extremist group.”
In November 2022, Maria underwent surgery due to a perforated ulcer and peritonitis. Since March 2023, she was in the PKT. Due to health problems, she did not work, she was even accompanied to the formations.
Maria was kept incommunicado for a long time. In the summer of 2024, it became known that the administration had isolated her from other prisoners, with guards constantly with her. On November 12, 2024, she met her father for the first time in 18 months.
The meeting took place in a prison hospital, and it is not known for sure whether she was being treated or was brought there from the PKT. Before this, there had been no communication from Maria, and her condition became known only from the words of other prisoners.
Following this meeting, she was again cut off from communication with the outside world and continues to be kept incommunicado.
In February 2025, her sister reported that Maria had been returned to the unit and expressed hope that communication would be restored.

Maxim was found guilty of "aiding extremist activity" for developing software that could encrypt files on a user's computer. On January 18, 2023, he sent the program he had created to the "Cyberpartisan" chatbot, and on January 28, he provided them with "program activation instructions," a set of drivers for developing software designed to filter the file system. During the trial, Maxim fully admitted his guilt.
Was arrested in April 2024.
He was released at the end of December 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Artem was arrested in February 2024 and convicted under the article on "financing the activities of an extremist group." He was held in a pretrial detention center before the trial.
He has two higher educations, worked as a programmer, was involved in photography and owned a company renting photo and video equipment.
It is currently known that he is being prosecuted again in connection with a new criminal case under the article “organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them.”
In October 2024, Anton was convicted of "assisting extremist activity" and sentenced to restricted freedom without referral.
Works as a storekeeper at Euroopt. He was detained in May 2024 along with his friend Elizaveta Shulskaya for participating in the 2020 protest.

Natalia is a psychologist with many years of experience. As the publication writes, she graduated from the biology department of BSU, and has been in the profession since at least the 2000s. Since 2011, she has worked at the social and pedagogical center of the Sovietsky district of Minsk. She worked in various areas of her profession - she worked with children with cerebral palsy, conducted psychological training for Olympiad participants, and trained teachers.
She will be tried at the same time as several others who were arrested earlier this year for helping prisoners, but the nature of the charges against her is unknown.
