Lydia Fedorovna Telica
Lidiya Fedorovna Telitsa is involved in politically motivated repressions in the Republic of Belarus.
Telitsa is responsible for the fact that, as a judge of the Central District Court of Minsk, he pronounces numerous politically motivated sentences against opponents of the current regime in the country. In judicial practice, Lydia Telitsa considers not only administrative cases, but also criminal ones. As a result of its decisions, fines have already been issued for a total of no less than 16,945 rubles and administrative arrests for a total of no less than 855 days, and representatives of civil society of the Republic of Belarus have also been sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.
In particular, in March 2023, Telitsa sentenced political prisoner Oleg Shvaiko to two years in prison in a general regime colony.
In 2021, she sentenced a 25-year-old girl to two years of restricted freedom for a telegram comment in which she spoke negatively about Lydia Ermoshina.
In September 2020, a 59-year-old pensioner was sentenced to 15 days for participating in protests.
For her crimes she was included in the sanctions lists of EU countries.
Thus, Lidiya Fedorovna Telitsa is responsible for human rights violations and undermining the principles of the rule of law, as well as for promoting repression against representatives of civil society and the democratic opposition. Her work within the judiciary is focused on maintaining the position of the existing government, rather than on enforcing the law. Telitsa’s actions contribute to human rights violations, strengthening the power of Alexander Lukashenko and increasing politically motivated repression in the Republic of Belarus.

According to the pro-government telegram channel, he was detained along with his mother for participating in the 2020 protests. Vladimir was detained in July 2023 by GUBOPiK officers and placed in pretrial detention on fabricated administrative charges.
In August of that year, he was charged with "insulting a government official," "insulting Lukashenko," and "illegal actions regarding information about private life and personal data," after which Vladimir was transferred to a pretrial detention center.
In January 2024, Vladimir was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony and a large fine.
He was released in April 2026, having fully served his sentence.
According to the court schedule, the case on replacing the restriction of freedom with imprisonment in a colony was considered on November 13, 2024 in the court of the Bobruisk district and the city of Bobruisk.

Alexander was detained for sending an SMS to the commander of the Okrestina detention center, Yevgeny Vrublevsky, and convicted under the article “Threat of using violence against an employee of the internal affairs agencies.”
