The call was answered by the dispatcher, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ovsienko, the accused told her: “ And I don’t want to listen to your <inaudible>, this fucker, this Lukashenko.” Shedikov himself is a 70-year-old pensioner, has a 3rd disability group, suffered a stroke twice, after which he could not talk, and has other diseases.
