After the regime changed and Stanislav was transferred to a penal colony, he was convicted again, but no longer for political reasons (Part 1 of Article 205 - theft, Part 1 of Article 400 - knowingly making a false denunciation).

Vitaly was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" and "insulting Lukashenko" for his online comments. According to the prosecution, he insulted then-Interior Minister Yuri Karayev and made negative comments about the preliminary results of the 2020 elections.
He was released in December 2023, having fully served his sentence.
