Igor Grigorievich Kenyukh
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kenyukh Igor Grigorievich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Kenyukh personally participated in torture, beatings and violence in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina. He threatened prisoners with rape. On November 15, 2020, he demanded that doctors be removed from the temporary detention facility, who, in his opinion, showed excessive loyalty to the detainees and sympathized with them. He testified as a witness in politically motivated cases in court. According to some testimonies, he has a tendency towards pedophilia.

Dmitry, a blogger for the YouTube channel "Seryi Kot", was detained on June 10, 2020, along with activists from "European Belarus". He was sentenced to 20 days of administrative arrest, but after that he remained under arrest and became a defendant in a criminal case. He was subsequently convicted of "preparing to participate in mass riots".
Dmitry was supposed to be released at the end of November 2024, but he was convicted again for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration." Under this article, prisoners who refuse to cooperate with the administration are tried for fictitious violations.
On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Dmitry Kozlov.

Evgeny, one of the founders of the Zubr movement, was arrested on September 25, 2020 and convicted of "preparing for mass riots." He has been repeatedly subjected to repression: fines, arrests, beatings, and pressure.
In April 2022, he was transferred to a prison regime for a term of 2 years. In May 2024, Evgeny returned from a closed prison to IK No. 1 in poor physical condition, but retained a positive attitude. After arriving, he was placed in a punishment cell, then transferred to a PKT.
In July 2024, the court decided to transfer Evgeniy to prison regime until the end of his sentence.
