Igor Grigorievich Kenyukh
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kenyukh Igor Grigorievich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Kenyukh personally participated in torture, beatings and violence in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina. He threatened prisoners with rape.
On November 15, 2020, he demanded that doctors be removed from the temporary detention facility, who, in his opinion, showed excessive loyalty to the detainees and sympathized with them.
He testified as a witness in politically motivated cases in court.
According to some testimonies, he has a tendency towards pedophilia.

Irina, deputy director of TUT.BY and one of the first employees of Tut By Media LLC, was detained on May 18, 2021, as part of a criminal case brought against TUT.BY on charges of tax evasion on an especially large scale .
In March 2022, she was released from pretrial detention on her own recognizance. The charges were not dropped.
In April 2023, it became known that the criminal prosecution against Irina and eight other defendants in the “TUT.BY case” was terminated based on the positive consideration of the petitions for release from criminal liability previously filed by them.
Maria, deputy chief accountant of TUT.BY, was detained on May 18, 2021, as part of a criminal case against TUT.BY, initiated on charges of tax evasion on an especially large scale.
In March 2022, she was released from pretrial detention on her own recognizance. The charges were not dropped.
In April 2023, it became known that the criminal prosecution against Maria and eight other defendants in the “TUT.BY case” was terminated based on the positive consideration of the petitions for release from criminal liability previously filed by them.
Alla, the chief engineer of TUT.BY, was detained on May 18, 2021, as part of a criminal case against TUT.BY, initiated on charges of tax evasion on an especially large scale.
In May 2022, she was released from pretrial detention on bail. The charges were not dropped.

Olga, a blogger and designer, has been repeatedly persecuted and detained under administrative articles following the events that followed the 2020 elections in Minsk. In May 2021, her home was searched, after which Olga was detained as part of a criminal case opened on charges of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." Before that, she was already a suspect under two articles of the Criminal Code - "insulting a judge" and "slandering an election commission employee."
In December of the same year, Olga was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment.
She was released in June 2022, having served her full sentence as determined by the court.

Elena is a journalist. She started working at TUT.BY in 2014. At first, she worked in the Construction and Real Estate section, and after a few years, she moved to the Money and Power section.
She was detained on May 18, 2021, as part of a criminal case against TUT.BY for tax evasion on an especially large scale. In July 2022, Elena was released from pretrial detention on a non-disclosure agreement and surety, but the charges were not dropped. In the fall of the same year, the KGB added her to the list of "those involved in terrorism."
Elena did not appear at the TUT.BY trial, which began in January 2023 behind closed doors — by that time she had already left the country. In April of the same year, the Minsk City Court summoned deputy Valery Voronetsky and political scientist Yevgeny Preygerman, who vouched for Elena — they were fined 18.5 thousand Belarusian rubles each.
In February 2025, court hearings began on the criminal case within the framework of special proceedings under four articles - the outcome is unknown.

Olga is the former editor-in-chief of the political and economic block TUT.BY, graduated from BSU, BGEU and Oxford, and hosted the program “Economics on the Fingers” with Sergei Chaly.
On May 18, 2021, she was detained in a criminal case on tax evasion by TUT.BY. She was later charged with "inciting social hatred" and "calls for sanctions." In March 2022, she was released from pretrial detention on bail and recognizance, but the charges were not dropped. In the fall of that year, the KGB added her to the list of "those involved in terrorism."

Marina has been the editor-in-chief of TUT.BY since 2004 and is known for her interest in Balkan culture and her knowledge of the Bulgarian language.
In 2019, she was fined in a criminal case under the article "inaction of an official" for accessing BelTA materials; human rights activists deemed the case politically motivated.
In May 2021, she was arrested on charges of tax evasion, but the charge was later dropped.
In October 2022, the KGB added Marina to its list of persons "involved in terrorist activity." She was later also charged with "inciting hatred" and "calls for actions against national security."
The trial was held behind closed doors and lasted more than two months, with 37 hearings in total. In March 2023, she was sentenced to a lengthy prison term.
On December 13, 2025, she was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

Help to released from prison
Victor is an entrepreneur involved in website development.
After the protests began and the first deaths occurred in 2020, he tried to make it difficult for special equipment to disperse the demonstrators by scattering screws several times at the exit from the building where the special border unit was stationed.
For this, Viktor was convicted under the article “hooliganism” and sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
In April 2022, the punishment was toughened: restriction of freedom was replaced by imprisonment. His mother, Galina Sergeevna Parkhimchik, who was subsequently also subjected to repression, acted as his defense attorney.
During his imprisonment, Viktor was held in a number of institutions: the temporary detention facility on Okrestina, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 8, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 5, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 1, Pre-trial Detention Center No. 7, the temporary detention facility in the city of Kamenets, Correctional Institution No. 45, and IK-17.
On September 14, 2022, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Today, Victor continues to work in the field of web development and is open to professional cooperation.

Vladislav was detained in September 2020. He was brutally beaten during his detention, and his house was searched. He was sentenced to 13 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after serving his sentence. Vladislav was convicted of participating in protests that took place in Minsk from August 9 to 11 and September 13, 2020. According to the case materials, he planned to participate in the protests by discussing routes and actions in the event of detention in the Telegram chat "Chas X". The investigation claimed that an attack on police officers was being prepared.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2025, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Yuri was detained on April 9, 2021, by GUBOPiK officers at his workplace, after which his home was searched. He was taken to an unknown building, where, under threats to his life and that of his family, he was beaten and forced to record a video confessing to participating in a protest on September 23, 2020, in the Serebryanka microdistrict of Minsk. Yuri was then taken to the Investigative Committee, where, under the supervision of officers, he wrote a confession.
He was later convicted under the article “participation in group actions that grossly violate public order” and sentenced to restricted freedom.
Before he began serving his sentence, he managed to leave Belarus.

Andrei is a Russian citizen and a volunteer for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's initiative group. He was first detained on June 6, 2020, in Belarus for participating in a picket to collect signatures, which was considered an unauthorized event. He was soon charged under the article on "preparing and organizing actions that grossly violate public order."
On November 26, 2020, Andrei was taken to the border with Russia and banned from entering Belarus for 10 years. He left behind a wife and two children in the country.
On April 13, 2021, he was detained again in the village of Prusy, where he had secretly come to visit his family. He was later convicted of “illegal border crossing,” although the charges in the previous case were not dropped.
He was released in October 2022 after completing his sentence and deported to Russia.

Artem, a student, was first detained and severely beaten after a protest, the Pensioners' March, in November 2020. He was then sentenced to 15 days under an administrative article.
However, on March 24, 2021, during the days of mass preventive detentions before Freedom Day, he was arrested again early in the morning in a dormitory, allegedly because of a flag he had spotted, and sentenced to 25 days of administrative arrest. But the very next day, a video appeared on the Telegram channel of the propagandist Azarenka, in which Artem confessed to administering the public page. It later became known that he was beaten with truncheons to force him to record this confession.
He was never released, as a criminal case was opened against him. Artem was subsequently convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" and "creation of an extremist group."
Released in January 2025 as part of a pardon.

Yulia was detained at the end of January 2021 on charges of blocking roads in Romanovskaya Sloboda in Minsk on December 20, 2020 and January 3, 2021. The reason was that the girl and a group of people stood at a pedestrian crossing twice for about a minute with flags in support of political prisoners.
After her arrest, Yulia was interrogated for six days, as a result of which she lost consciousness from exhaustion and dehydration and was hospitalized. Before her trial, she was under house arrest and convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order."

Tatyana, a Belarusian human rights activist and head of the Zveno public association, associated with the exhibition “The Machine Breathes, but I Don’t,” dedicated to Belarusian doctors and the challenges they face (the COVID-19 pandemic and the politicization of the healthcare system), was detained on April 5, 2021, on charges of “financing riots and organizing mass actions that grossly violate public order.”

Danila, a lighting designer fired from the New Drama Theatre for going on strike, was arrested in March 2021 for “solo picketing” and given administrative arrest. Ten days later, a criminal case was opened against him and he was later convicted of “participating in group actions that grossly violate public order.”
