Alexander Ivanovich Kirilovich was involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, which resulted in at least 594 rubles in fines and at least 20 years of restriction or imprisonment. Kirilovich is related to the death of political prisoner Ales Pushkin. On November 11, 2022, the judge decided to transfer Ales Pushkin to prison for a period of one and a half years under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. On July 11, 2023, Ales Pushkin died in the intensive care unit of the city of Grodno, without waiting for the end of his prison term. Alexander Kirilovich condemned Olga K. for her comment on the Internet. She was charged with insulting a government official, an employee of the Ivatsevichi District Department of Internal Affairs. The trial was held behind closed doors; at the first hearing, Kirilovich asked the press representatives to leave the room. The request for a closed trial was made by a policeman. The woman was sentenced to two years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility. In addition, she must pay two thousand rubles in compensation to the policeman. Transferred Stepan Latypov, a resident of the Minsk yard “Peremen”, to prison regime. Thus, Kirilovich Alexander Ivanovich is responsible for human rights violations and undermining the principles of the rule of law, as well as for promoting repression against representatives of civil society and the democratic opposition, which also results in the death of people persecuted by the regime. His work in the judicial system is focused on maintaining the position of the existing government, and not on enforcing the law. Kirilovich's actions contribute to human rights violations, strengthening the power of Alexander Lukashenko and increasing politically motivated repression in the Republic of Belarus.

Elena has been convicted multiple times under political criminal charges, such as “insulting a government official” and “insulting Lukashenko” through comments on Telegram channels.

The first trial took place in December 2022 under the article "insulting a government official", the outcome of which is unknown. In March 2023, she was sentenced to restriction of freedom without being sent to an open-type correctional facility and a large fine for a comment with an emoji addressed to police captain Ruslan Kutsko.

In April 2024, a new criminal case was considered against Elena under the articles “insulting a government official” and “insulting Lukashenko”, the verdict for which is also unknown.

In October 2024, she was convicted of “inciting hatred or discord” for comments about Lukashenko, security forces, and participants in the war in Ukraine, and sentenced to imprisonment.

Viktor was arrested in August 2020 as part of a criminal case opened after a protest held on August 10, 2020 in Novopolotsk against the falsification of the presidential elections. He was later released on bail.

In January 2021, Viktor was convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" and sentenced to restriction of freedom. However, in June, he was released from the correctional facility pending appeal, as the prosecutor filed a protest. At the end of June, his sentence was changed to imprisonment.

In December 2022, Viktor's sentence was changed to prison.

According to human rights activists, he was released in December 2023, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Alexander, an activist and well-known Belarusian artist, was arrested in late March 2021 on charges of “rehabilitating Nazism” after he displayed a portrait of Yevgeny Zhikhar with a machine gun over his shoulder at an exhibition at the Grodno City Life Center. The prosecutor’s office claimed that Alexander “characterized Zhikhar as a fighter against the Bolsheviks, glorifying his actions.” Despite the threat of prosecution, Alexander did not cancel his return to Belarus from Ukraine, where his exhibition was taking place.

On March 25, 2022, during the trial, he cut his stomach in protest, for which he received 13 days in solitary confinement. He was later convicted of "inciting hatred or discord" and "desecration of state symbols." The political prisoner refused to file an appeal.

As it became known, in November 2022, Alexander's type of punishment was toughened and he was transferred to prison regime.

On July 11, 2023, Alexander died in intensive care due to untimely medical care for a perforated ulcer.
