Tatiana Victorovna Shotik
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shotik Tatyana Viktorovna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 40,449 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 1,584 days. She sentenced the football player and coach Vasily Iosifovich Khomutovsky under Article 342 of the Criminal Code - Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them, and imposed a sentence of 2 years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility. After the 2020 elections, Vasily Khomutovsky condemned the violence of the security forces and signed up for the demand for fair elections. Before the verdict, Khomutovskaya was also arrested for 13 days for sending materials from a telegram channel recognized as extremist in Belarus. She delivered a verdict in the criminal case of political prisoner Igor Lednik, a member of the BSDP from Borisov. The veteran of the party movement was accused of slandering Lukashenko under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code. According to the case materials, from June to December 2020, Igor Lednik submitted an article for publication to one of the magazines with the title “The internationally recognized neutrality of Belarus is a guarantee of security in the OSCE region.” This material was published in the print edition “Position” on December 28, 2020, and on June 7, 2021, posted on its website on the Internet. Also, the information products of Igor Lednik’s Facebook page were designated as containing extremist materials. Shotik sentenced Igor Lednik to imprisonment for a period of three years in a general regime colony. Igor Lednik has a 2nd group disability due to heart problems. On June 13, 2022, a trial under Article 411 was held in the court of the Bobruisk district and the city of Bobruisk, as a result of which the political prisoner was given another four months of imprisonment and the regime was changed from enhanced to strict.
On January 17, 2023, the political prisoner was again tried under Article 411 of the Criminal Code. The verdict is unknown.
Transferred to Penal Colony No. 20 .
Since April 2024 and as of the beginning of December of the same year, relatives know nothing about Andrei; in response to their request to the colony administration, they received a formal reply , according to which the political prisoner, allegedly, will tell everything himself “through correspondence”, but there are no letters from him.

Alexander is an architect and guitarist for the band Awakening Our Memories. He was arrested on August 2, 2022, for reposting a video from the ByPol YouTube channel on VKontakte titled "Roman Bondarenko. The Prosecutor General's Office is Concealing the Murderers." He was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after serving his sentence. A criminal case was opened against him under the article "Organization and preparation of actions grossly violating public order, or active participation therein."
In November 2022, Alexander was found guilty and sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open-type institution.

Roman was arrested and convicted in a criminal case opened after the August 2020 protests in Minsk. He was accused of erecting barricades at the Pushkinskaya metro station, where protester Alexander Taraikovsky died. The only evidence of his guilt was a photograph from his phone. Roman did not admit his guilt.

Alexander was arrested and convicted for participating in protests against the presidential election results in Minsk on August 9–10, 2020. He was accused of blocking roads, erecting barricades, and allegedly “throwing plants from flowerbeds at police officers.”
