Tatiana Victorovna Shotik
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shotik Tatyana Viktorovna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 40,449 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 1,584 days.
She sentenced the football player and coach Vasily Iosifovich Khomutovsky under Article 342 of the Criminal Code - Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them, and imposed a sentence of 2 years of restriction of freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility. After the 2020 elections, Vasily Khomutovsky condemned the violence of the security forces and signed up for the demand for fair elections. Before the verdict, Khomutovskaya was also arrested for 13 days for sending materials from a telegram channel recognized as extremist in Belarus.

The veteran of the party movement was accused of slandering Lukashenko under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code. According to the case materials, from June to December 2020, Igor Lednik submitted an article for publication to one of the magazines with the title “The internationally recognized neutrality of Belarus is a guarantee of security in the OSCE region.” This material was published in the print edition “Position” on December 28, 2020, and on June 7, 2021, posted on its website on the Internet. Also, the information products of Igor Lednik’s Facebook page were designated as containing extremist materials. Shotik sentenced Igor Lednik to imprisonment for a period of three years in a general regime colony. Igor Lednik has a 2nd group disability due to heart problems.

Shotik sentenced the man to 2 years of imprisonment in a colony under general regime conditions.

Vitaly was arrested in November 2021 on charges of "participation in mass riots" and placed in pretrial detention.
In March 2022, he was found guilty of participating in a post-election protest that took place in August 2020 near the Riga shopping center in Minsk. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he allegedly "along with other aggressive participants, committed vandalism and property destruction: breaking up paving slabs, erecting barricades, and blocking traffic."

Igor was arrested in October 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under several articles, including "violence or threat of violence against an official performing official duties or another person performing a public duty."
According to investigators, Igor sent emails to Lukashenko's official website containing threats of violence and posted insults against government officials, including law enforcement officers, and sent similar messages to employees of the Investigative Committee. He also participated in post-election protests in Minsk in 2020.
In June 2022, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony. It is also known that the "victims" of the security forces have filed claims for compensation for moral damages.
Andrei was arrested in June 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened under the articles "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order," "illegal actions in relation to firearms, ammunition, and explosives," and "insulting Lukashenko."
In September 2021, he was found guilty of participating in the 2020 post-election protests in Minsk, insulting Lukashenko on YouTube, and purchasing, storing, and transporting a bulk substance without notifying authorized authorities.
In June 2022, Andrei faced a court hearing for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the prison administration," which resulted in his prison term being extended and the prison regime being tightened.
In January 2023, another court hearing was held on charges of "disobeying the administration's demands." As a result, the total sentence was seven years in prison.
Since April 2024 and as of early December of that year, Andrei's family has had no news of him. Their inquiries to the prison administration were met with a formal response, stating that he would report everything himself "through correspondence," but no letters have been received from him.

Alexander is an architect and guitarist for the band Awakening Our Memories. He was arrested on August 2, 2022, for reposting a video from the ByPol YouTube channel on VKontakte titled "Roman Bondarenko. The Prosecutor General's Office is Concealing the Murderers." He was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest, but was not released after serving his sentence. A criminal case was opened against him under the article "Organization and preparation of actions grossly violating public order, or active participation therein."
In November 2022, Alexander was found guilty and sentenced to restricted freedom and sent to an open-type institution.

Anastasia was arrested on July 15, 2021, and convicted nine times in a row under the administrative offense of "disseminating information products containing calls for extremist activity or promoting such activity" for forwarding messages from Telegram channels to each other with her husband.
The ninth court hearing took place on November 5, 2021, after which Anastasia was sentenced to another 15 days of detention. However, despite the detention orders, Anastasia and her husband, Sergei, were released from the temporary detention facility the evening after the trial without explanation.
In total, Anastasia received 126 days of arrest. She left Belarus shortly thereafter.

Yuri, the head of the financial department of the Leninsky District Administration, was arrested on April 30, 2021, and convicted five times under administrative law, receiving 50 days of arrest. He was subsequently transferred to a pretrial detention center on charges under two articles of the Criminal Code: "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and "insulting Lukashenko."
In August of that year, he was convicted of participating in post-election protests that took place in Minsk in August 2020, as well as for reposting them on Telegram.
In April 2024, Yuri was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.

Nikolai is a Belarusian politician and the chairman of the United Civil Party. He was first convicted on August 6, 2021, and sentenced to three months in jail for "disclosing investigative data in the Coordination Council case." He served his full sentence and was released on March 26, 2022.
On July 27, 2022, Nikolai was again detained in connection with a criminal case opened under the article "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." According to the investigation, as stated by Sergei Pasko, head of the Investigative Committee's Minsk office, in August 2020, he allegedly took an active part in mass unrest in Minsk, directing the radical crowd, giving instructions to protesters, and calling for roadblocks and obstructing the movement of vehicles.
In November 2022, Nikolai was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment.
In July 2024, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
