Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Igor Viktorovich Cherny is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Personally participated in the abuse of Mayorova, Gnauk, Mitkevich, Bakhvalova and other political prisoners of the women's colony IK No. 4. He exerted moral pressure on prisoners, said that their relatives had died, although this was not true, while depriving them of the opportunity to receive letters. He did not deliver parcels, drew up reports on violations for far-fetched reasons. He insulted women, and told one of them that it was easier to write off a person than a uniform dress when she refused to sign documents stating that allegedly no one beat her in Zhodino. He spoke humiliatingly and laughed at those who tried to commit suicide.

Former television journalist of Belteleradiocompany and member of the Coordination Council, Ksenia was detained on December 22, 2020 in the Press Club case on charges of tax evasion.
Almost 110 thousand rubles were transferred to the Investigative Committee's account as security for possible compensation for damages that were allegedly caused by the defendants in the "case." The case was closed, but later a new criminal case was opened against Ksenia, and she was accused of "conspiracy or other actions committed with the aim of seizing state power."
Released on August 20, 2024, on the basis of a pardon.
