O'Petit and his son, Igor Karpenkov, broke windows at the Nemiga café (2020). As an official, the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he intentionally committed actions that clearly exceeded the rights and powers granted to him in his position, involving the use of special means. Specifically, using a rubber truncheon (PR-73), he smashed the glass entrance door of the O'Petit café, without legal grounds.
He led an armed group that beat demonstrators!
As the head of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, that is, an official, acting in a group with his subordinates, and exceeding his official authority, on October 13, 2020, he openly kidnapped a person at 3 Ulyanovskaya Street, Apt. 29 citizen M.L. Khoroshin, illegally transported him to the Pervomaysky District Department of Internal Affairs in Minsk, where he tortured the victim.
He committed deportation, illegal detention, enslavement, mass or systematic extrajudicial executions, kidnappings followed by disappearances, torture, or acts of cruelty based on the race, nationality, ethnicity, political beliefs, or religion of the civilian population.
