Involved in making politically motivated court decisions, which resulted in a sentence of at least 11 years in prison.
He acted as a judge over the coordinator of the Volunteer Service “Spring” Marfa Rabkova, volunteer Andrei Chepyuk, political prisoners activists of the anarchist movement Akihiro Gaevsky-Khanada, Alexander Frantskevich, Alexei Golovko, Alexander Kozlyanko, Pavel Shpetny, Nikita Drants, Andrei Marach, Daniil Chul. This case involves 10 articles of the Criminal Code, and the materials amount to 160 volumes.
Convicted 21-year-old Russian political prisoner Yegor Dudnikov - 11 years in prison, to be served in a colony under a high security regime. The prosecutor was Zhanna Baranova. Dudnikov was detained on May 4 in Minsk, severely beaten and tortured, which he himself spoke about. The guy was kept in a pre-trial detention center for seven months under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code due to the fact that he voiced videos and audio messages in the telegram channel “OGSB” (civil self-defense units). But Yegor was convicted under completely different articles of the Criminal Code - Part 3 of Art. 130 (inciting hostility or discord) and Part 3 of Art. 361 (calls for actions aimed at harming the national security of Belarus). The trial of Dudnikov was held behind closed doors due to the “exclusion of the distribution of extremist products” and “protection of specialist Knyazev.” The political prisoner was given almost the maximum possible sentence under these articles.
He sentenced street artist Dmitry Podrez to 7 years of imprisonment in a maximum security colony.
Considered many appeals in political trials, such as the student case. Despite the obvious illegality of the decisions, it leaves them in force.

Daniil, an activist in the anarchist movement, was arrested in March 2021 as part of a criminal case brought against anarchists from the Brest region. He was convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" and "participation in a criminal organization." In 2022, he was sentenced to 16 years in prison. In February 2023, the Supreme Court reduced the sentence by three months.
In July 2024, it became known that his sentence had been tightened and he had been transferred to a prison regime.
On June 21, 2025, Akihiro was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, Keith Kellogg, and was immediately taken to Lithuania.
